1 Chronicles 4:9-10

[9]Jabez was a very good man, who was better than his brothers. His mother said, “I have named him Jabez because I was in much pain when I had him.”

[10]Jabez prayed to the God of Israel and said, “I pray that you would bless me and give me more land! Be near me and don’t let anyone hurt me! Then I will not have any pain.” God gave Jabez what he asked for.

Lessons Captured

•God is the only one who gives blessings. We see in Jabez's prayer that he prays to God and God alone.

•We should ask God to lead us.

•We should give up our fear and trust God with a prayer with faith.

•We should let ourselves be vulnerable.

 Sometimes surviving in Uganda is really hard 😔. Collecting these plastic bottles and you sell a KG between UGX500-700 is really something devastating!  Putting something on the table requires a lot,you have to hustle seriously to get money!! I pray that God can bless every hustler out there 🙏
